AN UPDATE!
Finished mixing the new record.!!! Here is a picture from the studio in iceland of Jimmy and Biggi Having their first listen of the new album.. Its a good day for Team Leaf! We cannot wait to release this record.. it will be out early next year.. still mastering to be done! but we are excited!
NEW RECORD AND SHOWS
Jimmy is currently in Iceland mixing the new as of yet, untitled record! He's working with Biggi Birgisson again. Biggi has mixed the last 2 Album Leaf records and also recorded "In A Safe Place". The Album Leaf will be playing a short string of shows this summer including a performance at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO opening for STS9's Day Out Of Time festival. RECORDING!!!
We are back to Bear Creek Studios to record our next record!! Sub Pop Records will again release it and it should be out Fall of 2009! We're excited and you should be too!! It will be the first TAL album recorded with the full live band and not just Jimmy.

"ALWAYS FOR YOU" VIDEO
The video for the first single 'Always for You' has been released, and everyone can watch it here. It was shot entirely in San Diego by director Aaron Stewart-Ahn and features the band, friends, as well as Jimmy's dog Moses.
